You see it everywhere now on food products "Gluten Free", but what if you are a bread lover?

Turns out that Gluten free bread is pretty good. I have even had fried chicken recently made with gluten free bread crumbs and gluten free flour. It came out really awesome. So what if you want to cook and bake at home and be gluten free? We have a solution, Gluten-Free Bread Baking at the Culinary Institute of American (C.I.A.) in Hyde Park.

The CIA's has a gluten-free bread expert who will be holding a class to reveal all his secrets to making delicious gluten-free bread. Chef Richard Coppedge, author of Gluten-Free Baking with the Culinary Institute of America will explain what goes into to making gluten-free bread. He will layout the list of ingredients and demonstrate the techniques needed to produce gluten-free quick breads, yeast-raised dough and even your very own sourdough starter for bread to bake in your own kitchen.

Join Chef Coppedge for this hands on class on Saturday March 14th from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the CIA located at 1946 Campus Drive in Hyde Park. You do need to register in advance and must be at least 18 years old to take this class.
