It’s a new year filled with new experiences for us to enjoy in the Hudson Valley! We can now visit a business that has opened their doors in the Ulster County area. This may be a first for those in the area who haven’t experienced a western style atmosphere.

I always look forward to new businesses opening in the area! On social media, Roxy’s Saloon has been sharing updates about when they would be opening. They highlighted that they were excited to bring ‘western charm’ to Ulster County.

We can now visit Roxy’s Saloon at 31 Market Street in the village of Saugerties. For those who haven't been here yet, we can look forward to experiencing their,

“cozy, warm, laid-back spot with a touch of cowgirl cowboy charm.”

Before we stop in to support this new and local business, we can take a sneak peek at their menu options.

I always like to check out the menu before I go to an eatery! There’s usually so many options and it’s fun to take a sneak peek before arriving. Roxy’s Saloon has shared their menu with social media users.

Some of their options include appetizers, salads, sandwiches and tacos. They also have entrees including penne alla vodka, grilled salmon and more. Of course, I had to check out their dessert menu because that's always my favorite.

I would choose one of their chicken sandwiches and be sure to get their chocolate lava cake for something sweet! Roxy’s Saloon also has a kids menu and sides too.

It seems as if there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy at this new eatery. This menu is available all day starting Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11am and 9pm along with Friday and Saturday from 11am until 10pm.

They are open seven days a week.
