What would you do if this happened to you?

We got talking on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show today about the little gray area when it comes to stealing. I told you the story about like 6 months ago I went shopping at the TJ Maxx/Home Goods store on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie (before they moved across the street) to buy some new stuff for my apartment.

When I got to the checkout cashier they started to scan my items and after I left the store and was down the road a bit, I checked my receipt and noticed that they didn't scan this wood tray I grabbed. It cost like $70 and it was know where to be found on the receipt. For a second I thought to myself, "Do I go back?". I didn't and now I'm wondering did I steal the tray?

Is that considered stealing? After taking a ton of calls and text messages through the Wolf app, the result is what the whole Hudson Valley is screaming at me. "YOU ARE A THIEF" is what I have heard all morning long. LOL!

My favorite from the show was the poem written by Bill from Washingtonville, he wrote....

"CJ's 'free' Tray 'Twas the month of Christmas, and all through the Valley; Merchants everywhere, were checking their tally. Their stock and their receipts, would not reconcile; They sensed something amiss, In their checkout aisle. While out on Route 9, and well on his way; Drove CJ McIntyre, and his 'free' tray!"

Thanks Bill and Happy Holidays! HAHAHAHHAHAHAA!!!!
