A class action suit could mean some money back for you.

If you have ever bought Infant's Tylenol you might be entitled to cash back from a recent class action lawsuit settlement. The lawsuit states that the packaging and advertising of Infants Tylenol was misleading and deceiving.

The lawsuit claims that the Infants Tylenol packaging is misleading because it makes it look like the Infants Tylenol is unique and specially formulated for infants, which it isn't. The bottle contains liquid acetaminophen which is the same concentration in Children’s Tylenol. That has then caused consumers to overpay for Infants Tylenol according to the lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.

Johnson & Johnson has agreed to pay up to six point three million dollars to settle the lawsuit and if you have purchased this product between October 3, 2014 and January 6, 2020, you can ask for $2.15 back for every one to 2 fluid ounce bottle you purchased.

You don't need proof of purchase to claim any money and you can claim up to seven bottles without proof of purchase. There is a maximum of $15.05 you can receive without proof of purchase.

If you would like to request a refund, you can get started here. You do need to submit your claim by April 13, 2020 and only one claim is allowed per household.
