We've seen the filming signs all over the Hudson Valley and were thrilled to learn that Fox's Best Medicine season 2 decided to come back and film in the Hudson Valley.

The Fox medical comedy stars Josh Charles, Abigail Spencer, Annie Potts and Josh Segarra.

In June of 2026, yellow signs started to pop up in parts of Orange County and Dutchess County, which indicated that Best Med was filming in the area.

Recently, Fox shared a sneak peek at what to expect this season with a quick season 2 trailer. Take a look:

When Will Season 2 Of Best Medicine Air on Fox?

If you've been patiently waiting for season 2, you wont have to wait much longer!

Season 2 of Best Medicine will premier on Tuesday September 22nd, 2026 at 8:30 PM.

For those who missed out on season 1 of Best Medicine, have no fear! In early August 2026 Best Medicine season 1 was released on Netflix for your streaming enjoyment.

Is There a Major Motion Picture Filming in Wappingers Falls?

Wappingers Falls and Dutchess County seems to be a hot spot for filming locations lately.

Not only have crews been rolling in the Wappingers Falls area for Best Medicine, but it looks like another project is in the works. Yellow filming signs were up for a project called "Keychain."

Our sources tell us that Keychain is actually a code name for the film The Catch starring Emma Stone and Chris Pine.

We're waiting for more details about the film, but it looked like they were filming near the Palpung Thubten Choling Monastery on Sheaf Road.
