We all know New York is a beautiful state. The Hudson Valley might just be the most beautiful, but that's just my own biased opinion. There are three spots in particular that made an interesting list.

Onlyinyourstate.com made a list of "15 Places To Visit in New York You Must Visit Before You Die." Naturally, our very own Hudson Valley made the list three times! I've been to one of these spots but the other two I haven't been to yet and according to the site (and word of mouth) these places sounds amazing.

Number 4 on the list: Mohonk Mountain House, New Paltz.
This may sound outrageous, but I've never been to Mohonk. I've heard about the beautiful views and adventurous trails. However, someone left out the fact that there is a spa there! Looks like I'll be stopping by sooner rather than later.

Number 13: Wing's Castle, Millbrook.
I'm a bad Hudson Valley resident. I had no clue this place even existed. Wing's Castle is made up of almost all recycled material. This isn't your typical castle. It poses as a bed and breakfast with a tower room and even a dungeon room. Stop by for a visit : 717 Bangall Road Millbrook, NY 12545.

14 on the list: Walkway Over The Hudson, Poughkeepsie.

The Walkway Over the Hudson is probably one of, if not the, most popular tourist spot in the Hudson Valley. We all know the story, a historic railroad bridge turned into the longest pedestrian bridge in the world. The views from above the Walkway are one's to be desired, so being on a list of places to visit before you die is acceptable.

Have any other spots to add to the list? What are the top places to visit in the Hudson Valley before you die?
