It is great to stop in to thrift Stores to find a treasure or two, but when the weather is nice, you want to hit a flea market or two. Fortunately, we have a few in the area, and one pops up every so often at a local drive-in theater.

It is back again, the Fair Oaks Drive-In Flea Market at 365 Bloomingburg Road in Middletown, New York, on Saturday, August 23rd, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Come to buy or sell, and please make note of the new time.  If you want to be a vendor, spots are $35, which you can purchase your spot ahead of time online (click here).  You can also pay by cash or card on the morning of the market.

Spots are first-come, first-served. To avoid any scams, pay online through the link provided; don't ever pay anyone who claims they have a spot. Set-up time is 7:30 AM.  And remember, the Drive-In Snack Bar is open for lunch.

Considered the Hudson Valley's biggest little flea & vintage, you won't want to miss it on September 20th. Maybe the Most Amazing Antique Store In Upstate New York! WOW!!

There is a wonder of an antique store in the Southern Tier of New York. It is in Owego, NY in Tioga County. The store, with thousands of square feet and two floors, is located inside a former 1958 J.J. Newberry Department Store in downtown. There are 90 dealers and it is packed with nostalgia. For all you pickers out there, you should really put this on you summer bucket list. Here are lots of photos of items you will find in the store, plus details with hours, location, and a website.
