Have You Ever Made a Homemade Sign?
This was quite a surprise for me over the weekend.
I visited my parent's house on Sunday and they had started cleaning out their attic and found my NSYNC memorabilia. More importantly, they found a sign I made 20 years ago.
I made the sign above for, obviously, JC from NSYNC and their No Strings Attached Tour on August 11th, 2000 at the Pepsi Arena in Albany (now the Times Union Center). I had floor seats and was CONVINCED JC saw the sign and waved at me when the stage came down the center aisle during "This I Promise You."
10-year-old me had happy tears in her eyes.
Have you ever made a homemade sign for an event? Were you like me and made one for your favorite artist? Maybe you were like New York Yankees pitcher Garrit Cole and made one for a sporting event. Or maybe you made a sign for a political rally? If you did make a sign, did it get noticed? We'd love to hear your sign story.
We want to see your homemade masterpieces. Share them with us on Facebook!
