Nature Center in Cornwall, New York, Offers Full Moon Hike
One such event is the Full Moon Hike that the Hudson Highlands Nature Center has scheduled for this coming Saturday, August 8th. You will get the opportunity to stare up and learn about the Full Sturgeon Moon.

You will venture out on a guided tour. You are asked to bring a flashlight and be sure to dress for the weather. The admission fee is $12/child (age 3-12) $14/adult for members. Not Yet-Member: $14/child (age 3-12), $16/adult. The event is at the Outdoor Discovery Campus at 120 Muser Drive off Angola Road in Cornwall, New York.
What to Expect on the Full Moon Hike In Cornwall, New York
On the walk, you will also learn the many names for the August Full moon and the lore behind them all. You will head out on the trails at sunset and get to watch the moonrise over the field and forest that make up the Hudson Highlands Nature Center.
