Frolic Friday Welcomes Fall (VIDEO)

The weekend can officially start now.....

It's Friday and as we do each and every week on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show, we start up the weekend with a trip outside of the studios for our weekly "frolic" into the weekend.

Every week we try to have some sort of theme for frolicking and this week Jess explained to me that she had a great idea! She wants to dedicate this weeks frolic to the official kick off of the fall season in the Hudson Valley. It starts on Monday and we want to welcome the fall chill with a big fat frolic......

Yes fall is in the air and the leaves are starting to change, which of course means that for the next bunch of weekends there will be "leaf peepers" all over the Hudson Valley, so be ready for some extra traffic in the area.

If you plan on going out to see some fall foliage this year, why not add joining the "Frolic Friday Movement" to the peeping fun? Pretty please!!! To join all you need to do is find an open space, drop your arms to your side, point your hands out and start skipping around wherever you are and BOOOOOM, you are frolicking just like us.
