Fatal Crash on Taconic Parkway

The Poughkeepsie Journal is reporting that one person has died as a result of a one-car accident around 12:20 pm southbound on the Taconic by Exit 55 in Lagrangville, near Noxon Road.

The victim, the driver and the only occupant in the vehicle, hasn't been identified, according to The Poughkeepsie Journal. As of 1 this afternoon, 511NY was reporting that the right lane of 2 lanes were blocked.
