East Fishkill Announces Food Truck Line up for 2025

Everyone loves a good food truck, right? Thankfully the Hudson Valley has a handful of great local food trucks to offer.

East Fishkill Announces Food Truck Line Up

East Fishkill has been a hot spot for Food Trucks lately. If you've been driving in the area of Route 52, right off of the Taconic, you may have seen lines of people waiting to get their hands on a delicious meal.

For the last few years 2760 Route 52 in East Fishkill has hosted several different food trucks throughout the year.

Earlier this week The Town of East Fishkill announced the food trucks that are permitted to set up shop in 2025, so far.

Which Food Trucks Will Stop in East Fishkill in 2025?

So far 6 food trucks have been announced for the 2025 season in East Fishkill.

The line up includes:

Wingin It: Time and Dates TBD

Mandee's Kitchen: Time and Dates TBD

Empanada Mama: Friday's 12 noon until 4:30pm

The Cluck Truck: Time and Dates TBD

Additionally, there are 2 specific food trucks that will be stopping by the East Fishkill location on certain dates.

Cousins Maine Lobster and Hudson's Popovers.

For lobster lovers, you'll want to save the date for the following days as the insanely popular Cousins Maine Lobster truck will stop in East Fishkill on:

February 28th: 12pm- 8pm
March 14th: 12pm - 8pm
March 28th: 12pm - 8pm

While Hudson's Rib & Fish is no longer open the legend of the popover lives on with Hudson's Popovers.

They'll be hanging out in Fishkill from 11am- 4pm on the following dates:

June 14th.
