I was reading the other day about that Babe Ruth jersey that sold at an auction for $5.64 million, which now makes it a world record for the most expensive piece of sports memorabilia ever sold, according the USA Today.

The record breaking jersey is from way back in the late 1920's from Babe's days with the New York Yankees. This jersey broke the previous record of $4.4 million, which was also for a Ruth jersey from 1920.

The auction was won by an anonymous bidder and after I read about it I started to think, imagine if you bought something like this. What the heck would you do with it? You really can't tell everyone about it just because people would try to steal it right?

Do you own any cool memorabilia? I have an authentic Dallas Cowboys Emmitt Smith 22 jersey that I bought many years ago for way to much money but I have it hanging up in my apartment and LOVE IT! I have a few autographs as well including one of my favorite baseball players former New York Met and Yankee, Dwight Gooden.

I also was a huge Simpsons TV show fan and like 18 years ago I bought this hand draw poster like thing on a cruise for like $500 because they told me one day it would be worth a lot more. I'm still waiting for that day. LOL!
