I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm a big Food Network fan. I watch it while I'm cooking, when I'm thinking about cooking, and sometimes when I'm eating dinner. One of my favorites is Chef Robert Irvine. I enjoy his shows Dinner Impossible and Restaurant Impossible and I always pick up either a cooking tip or a life tip from the shows.

Chef Irvine will be at UPAC on Sunday, February 15 with his interactive, high energy, show. Imagine my surprise, when I found out that I would have the chance to interview him to talk about his show. Actually, truth be told, I was a little freaked out. I am a big fan and I tend to get very nervous around artists and celebrities that I really like. They probably look at me and can't believe I work in radio because I have a hard time putting two sentences together.
