2024 Cider Week Concludes in New York

Not that hard cider needs a season to be enjoyed, but autumn is most definitely the most enjoyable time to kickback and relax with a hard cider.

So while looking up a new hard cider to enjoy I stumbled upon The New York Cider Association Cider Week. The celebration of hard ciders took place from October 5th through October 13th and according to their website has taken place over the last 10 years.

The website explains "Glynwood launched the inaugural Cider Week in 2010 as an outcome of a travel exchange between French and American cider producers."

Adding, "Glynwood’s goal was to foster a cider market in the Hudson Valley as the linchpin in a chain of positive social, environmental, economic and community benefits."

With that being said, we took a look at locally made ciders made locally here in the Hudson Valley.
