Amber Alert Issued for New York City Child Abduction

The New York City Police Department has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred near Henry Street , in Manhattan, NY at about 1:30 PM on 9/16/2015.

10-year old Celine Melanie Hicks, a black female, was allegedly abducted by the non-custodial mother and father who have a history of violent behavior. The New York State Police have also received recent information leading them to believe that child is in danger.

While there no pictures available at this time. The police need all of us to be on the lookout for this vehicle,a white 4-door sedan Chevy Lumina with NM license plate number NGG506.
