The Closing Trend Doesn't Stop in Beacon
Unfortunately, there are more than just 6 businesses that closed in 2024. While that's the number in Beacon, the number is a little higher across the region.
Just think about the big named chains that closed in the area. Red Lobster, IHop, Denny's, Odd Lot and other chains announced their closure throughout the year this year.

Thankfully, the attention ended up helping out a local Kingston based food pantry, but there was a John Oliver bear cake involved.
