Angelika Graswald is due in an Orange County Court today, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Graswald is accused of murdering her fiance during a kayaking trip on the Hudson River.

Richard Portale, Graswald's lawyer told the Poughkkepsie Journal that today's scheduled Orange County Court appearance is a status conference. A status conference is a pre-trial hearing that helps a judge establish a time frame for pre-trial business. Judges may also set a trial date.

Angelika Graswald has allegedly admitted to tampering with Vincent Viafore’s kayak during an April 19 trip to Bannerman Island, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office. The 35-year-old Poughkeepsie woman has pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

Graswald is in Orange County Jail on $3 million bail or $9 million bond and has denied killing Viafore.
