Fall is the perfect time to welcome a new furry member to your family. The Ulster County SPCA has many animals that are up for adoption. In addition, they are hoping to be able to house more stray, abandoned, and surrendered dogs so the Ulster County SPCA has kicked off a building expansion aimed at adding 25 kennels. With over 100 cats and more than 50 dogs already in their care, they have met their kennel capacity. You can help support this expansion by donating today!

Here's this week's featured Wolf Pet of the Week. Meet Cosmo.

Cosmo is a handsome and well behaved 3-4 year old standard German Shepherd. This working Shepherd requires an energetic household. Cosmo is a good boy with other dogs but is not a big fan of cats and likes to chase them. They recommend a house with older children because of his energy. This loyal dog loves his toys, and will play with them as long as you allow. Cosmo needs a lot of attention and exercise! Come visit him today!

If you are interested in adopting Cosmo or any of the other animals at the Ulster County SPCA, please call them at 845-331-5377 or click here for more information.
