What Do I Have to do in Lake George?

I'm heading up next week and need your help?

Anytime I plan to go somewhere on vacation I can't go before I talk to you guys because you always have the best advice on what to do while away.

If you don't know, I'm recently divorced and this mini trip is my first vacation with just me and my two youngest kids Jackson and Julianna and to be honest I'm a little nervous about it. It's the first time that I'm going to be in charge of everything we do from sun up to sun down and after so if you can help me out I would be extremely grateful.

The plan is to head to Lake George on Monday and stay through Wednesday and so far I have a few things planned like, we are going to go to Six Flags Great Escape on Monday and Tuesday so most of those days are done but having only been in Lake George once before for only one night, I need some other stuff to fill up our trip. Any restaurant suggestions? Things that my 13 and 8 year-old would love to do?
