Walk A Mile At San Gennaro Fest During First Friday October 4th

The 3rd Annual San Gennaro Festival happens at First Friday in Poughkeepsie on October 4th from 5pm to 8:30pm on Mill Street.

Celebrate First Friday PK partnering with Family Services to stand up against domestic violence, sexual assault and gender violence for the 9th Annual Family Services Walk A Mile.

Unfortunately, everyone knows someone that has been a victim.  People are invited to participate and wear whatever kind of shoes you feel best represent the person you are walking for.  Flip flops, sneakers, or even high heels.  I've tried wearing high heels once or twice for theater and it was way harder than it looks but that's not really the point.

There will be everything from craft beer to Italian food to bouncy houses and face painting for the kids to a DJ and so much more.
