New York State Police Alert Traffic Delay for Second Time in Dutchess County
The New York State Police Troop K informed people via social media on Thursday that they will once again be monitoring a slow-moving oversized load that will cause delays.
It's unclear if this is the same machinery that caused a delay Wednesday afternoon in Hyde Park through to LaGrange, but the description suggests it's the same transformer that was on the road Wednesday Night.
Traffic Alert Issued For Friday Morning
The Traffic Alert is for Friday morning starting at 8 AM near Velie Road in the Town of LaGrange. The Roads that will be affected are listed below. Drivers should expect delays due to the slow pace of the transport and the fact that crews from utilities will be out moving wires as the transport makes its way through to ensure no service is interrupted.
