In September of 2003, 94.3 became a Country station here in the Hudson Valley and while we would go from Kicks 94.3 to 94.3 The Wolf and then to 94.3/97.3 The Wolf, I was so excited to be back in Country Music. I had started my career with a country station outside of Erie, Pennsylvania, in a town called Meadville from 1989 to 1994 and I missed the songs.

Speaking of songs, do you remember which ones were the biggest hits of the year, or at least in the fall of 2003. I remembered a few, but I admittedly I needed to refresh my memory. Here are the top ten songs from when we first went on the air.

"Beer for my Horses" Toby and Willie. Make sure you notice the cell phone Toby uses at the beginning of the video!

"My Front Porch Looking in" Lonestar

'Red Dirt Road' Brooks & Dunn

"It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett

'What Was I Thinkin' Dierks Bentley. Be honest, did you try hood sliding after seeing this video?

"Real Good Man ' Tim McGraw

'Tough Little Boys', Gary Allan

'Who wouldn't want to be me' Keith Urban

'I Love This Bar', Toby Keith. Stupid jerk with a bad cell phone opens this video up.

'There Goes My Life' Kenny Chesney. I cried the first time I saw this video. I am such a mush.

Which is your favorite? Did hearing these songs bring back some memories. Do you remember the first time you listened to The Wolf? I'd love to know. Thanks for going down memory lane with me
