The Situation? More like the Snitchuation.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, of MTV's The Jersey Shore, was recently released from an 8-month stint in Otisville Federal Correctional Facility for tax evasion.

While The Situation was behind bars we learned that he had some other famous friends in there with him. Most notably, the former lawyer for President Trump, Michael Cohen and Fyre Festival creator Billy McFarland.

Well, now that Big Daddy Sitch is out he's snitching about his time served. Which means he's serving up all the tea.

According to TooFab.com, on the podcast "It's Happening With Snooki and Joey" (yes, hosted by Mike's 'Shore' co-star Snooki) Mike explained that Billy McFarland actually got kicked out of Otisville.

The Situation explained saying McFarland "supposedly smuggled in some sort of recording device, and he was caught with it. "They said he was trying to record high-profile inmates, and they threw him in the SHU. They sent him to a worse prison, I think, recently."

Mike also added, "That's a bonehead move right there."

If you're looking for Michael Cohen dirt, there wasn't much. Sorrentino said that they were booked on the same day and he asked Cohen to smuggle extra chicken for him in the cafeteria. At first, Cohen agreed...but then chickened out.
