This Wednesday, May 1st, is the official start to Turkey Hunting Season in New York State. According to the Department of Environmental Conservation, the 2019 season begins this Wednesday and will run until May 31st.
The DEC also reports that the season bag limit is, two bearded turkeys (one bird per day).
