Something Brand New is Coming to This Beacon Location
After 7+ months of moving, a popular Beacon, New York business has announced it's moving here and opening soon!
Back at the beginning of 2023, the folks at one of Beacon's favorite restaurants announced that they were being forced to close "due to circumstances beyond our reach." At the time the restaurant was located on Eliza Street in Beacon and after serving customers for 25 years they were being forced to close because the building they were currently in was sold to new owners.
Roma Nova in Beacon Shuts Down
Roma Nova made the closing announcement on Facebook back on January 6th and explained that because the new owners were going to raise their rent to an amount they couldn't afford they had decided to close their doors. They ended their post by saying that they were currently looking for a new location and promised to be back as soon as possible. Just five months later Roma Nova announced they had found a new location not too far from the old one.
Roma Nova's New Location
Back in June, Roma Nova announced that they were going to be reopening at the once popular Dunkin' location on the main strip between Beacon and Fishkill, NY. The building located at 435 Fishkill Ave, Beacon, NY had been vacant since Dunkin' left a while back and because it wasn't a restaurant before the building needed many upgrades to allow Roma Nova to open, "We have been working now more than ever around the clock to open up our doors and welcome our family back!"
Roma Nova Opening Date
The time to welcome family back has arrived as Roma Nova announced on Facebook that they are officially opening for business on Thursday, September 21st, 2023. They are expected to be open Monday through Thursday from 10 am - 9 pm, Friday - Saturday from 10 am - 10 pm, and closed on Sunday according to their Facebook page. The owners and operators shared how excited they are to be reopening but did ask for everyone's patience over the next few weeks saying,
"Now more than ever we will need everyone’s patience and understanding as we try to get ourselves back into rhythm, this implies knowing that wait times will be long at first and some (hopefully not many) mistakes will be made but we are all here with one goal & that is to serve delicious food to all of our amazing Roma Fam ❤️"

Roma Nova ended their post by saying,
"Lastly, but certainly not least, we would like to take a moment (because once we open we will be so busy) to thank each and every one of you who has supported us throughout this entire transition. We know that all this was possible by the grace of God, and because of all of your loyal support.
Cheers to another 25+ years of serving our wonderful community "
