Official Contest Rules – 2025 Edition

By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES WHO HAVE REACHED TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE AS OF NOVEMBER 10, 2025.

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of the Contest is Townsquare Media, LLC (“Sponsor”) with offices at 2 Pendell Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.

2. PRIZE

The prize for the Contest consists of the following:

One (1) $500 gift certificate to Kenco.

The winner may not substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all prizes with an article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit the participating radio station’s mobile app, open the menu in the upper-left corner (three stacked lines), and select “Submit Photo/Video.” Choose “Submit Photo or Video Now” and upload a photo or video directly from your device’s library or camera.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. All entries and copyrights become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries.

Entries must be received during the Entry Period (see Section 7) or they will be deemed void. Sponsor and Kenco reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their sole discretion and without notice.

There will be one (1) winner selected at random from all eligible entries submitted via the 97.7/97.3/105.5 The WOLF mobile app.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsors may use the information provided to offer you information on other products or services.

Multiple entries are NOT permitted.

4. ONLINE ENTRIES

The winning entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, transmission failures, or any other issues that may affect participation.

If the Contest or related websites become corrupted or inoperable, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may result in legal action.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 21 years of age or older as of November 10, 2025.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:
(a) employees or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company, or their service agencies and contractors;
(b) individuals involved in the development, production, or administration of this Contest;
(c) immediate family members or household members of any person in the above categories;
(d) any entry not featuring a deer photo, as required by the contest theme.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & RELEASES

A representative of the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner. The winner will be notified by December 3, 2025 via email and/or phone.

If the winner cannot be reached within one (1) day of attempted notification or is found ineligible, the Sponsor will select a new winner.

To claim the prize, the winner must:
(a) confirm receipt of the winner notice via email, and
(b) complete, sign, and return a Winner Affidavit & Release form, a 1099-MISC IRS tax form, and any other documentation requested by the Sponsor.

7. ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest begins on November 10, 2025 and ends on November 30, 2025.
All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final day of the promotion.

8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any individual suspected of violating the Official Rules or interfering with the Contest’s operation.

By participating, entrants agree to:
(a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; and
(b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, independent contractors, directors, officers, employees, and agents (including advertising and promotion agencies) from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

9. USE OF NAME, LIKENESS, ETC.

By entering, you grant the Sponsor and Prize Provider an irrevocable, worldwide right to use your name, voice, city, state, likeness, photograph, video, and biographical information in all media now known or hereafter developed for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes, without further notice or compensation.

10. ENTRANT RELEASE

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless all Sponsor Entities from any and all claims or liabilities arising from:
(a) personal injury, death, or property damage related to participation; or
(b) infringement, defamation, or violation of rights resulting from the use of submitted materials or likeness in connection with the Contest.

11. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold taxes as required by law.
