This Saturday, May 5 is opening day at one of the Hudson Valley's most historical places you can visit. It is a brand new season at Historical Huguenot Street in New Paltz, and it will kick off with an interesting event hosted by Bill Greer. Opening day starts at 10am but Sex in the City: The Early Years will be held at 2pm.

Opening day will also mean that tours will start up again throughout Huguenot Street. Plus, the Museum Shop will give you an opportunity to take a piece of the experience home with you to remember your trip back through time.

Once again this year 90-minute tours will leave on the hour starting at 10am with final tour stepping off at 4pm each day. To find your way to this spot preserved in time head to New Paltz and travel to the end of town. Signs for parking and Huguenot Street will direct you to where you start your adventure in local history.
