Variety reports that Rosie O'Donnell has sold her home in South Nyack, part of Rockland County, for $5.1 million. The house was on the market for 4 months. O'Donnell bought the home in 2002 for $2.9 million.

The estate has 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It sits on just under an acre of land, according to the article, and is on the Hudson River waterfront. The loft inside the home is 2, 400-square feet, and the house itself is 7,092 square feet.
Inside is a 12 seat home theater, massive walk-in closet, master bath with jacuzzi tub, master bedroom with a fireplace, a double island in the kitchen, another fireplace in the living space, and massive sliding windows overlooking the river. There is also a two car garage with space above.
