Tonight's QTSO is going to take us back twenty five years to 1994. It was this day in 1994 that the 29th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards were held and among the artists who walked away winners were two country artists we will be focusing on for tonight's QTSO. On May 3 1994 Little Texas, who announced a show this week at this years Ulster County Fair, won the ACM for Top Vocal Group and Faith Hill won Top New Female Vocalist of the Year.

Faith Hill - "Wild One" released September 1993 off faith's debut album "Take Me as I Am" could be part of the reason that Faith won the new artist trophy in 1994. It made it all the way to number one on the country charts and just this week it was performed on NBC's The Voice this week by Team Kelly contestant Rebecca Howell.

Little Texas - "Kick a Little" released in August of 1994 this was the title cut from the band's album of the same name. It was their 10th single and made it to number 5 on the country charts. It is sure to be on the playlist along with the band's other hits this August when Little Texas takes the stage at the Ulster Country Fair on Libertyville Road in New Paltz.

Each week night we put two songs up for your vote. One of these songs will be the one you hear on your car radio, smart speaker or smart phone with the Wolf Mobile App as you head out of work and towards after work fun. If you have a song you want us to put up for the spin-off let us know in the comments below or through the Wolf App’s text studio.
