Quittin’ Time Spin Off: Arrested in 2000 Tim vs Kenny

It was 19 years ago today that this best friend duo found themselves in a little bit of trouble. This Day in Country Music reminds us that it was June 3, 2000 when Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw got themselves arrested in Buffalo New York after a misunderstanding with Mounted Deputies and one of there horses. The story goes that Kenny asked to get on one of the deputy's horses. He apparently asked a deputy's daughter who said "Yes" he then proceeded to get on and ride off. This action resulted in a chase by other officers which were apparently attacked by Tim McGraw and his entourage. Chargers were filled, fines were paid and the rest is country music history.
