Take a Yoga Class With Puppies in the Hudson Valley
You can take a great yoga class with adorable puppies right here in the Hudson Valley.
Get ready for the truest form of a downward dog because puppy yoga returns to the Hudson Valley. CARE of Dutchess County, a non-profit no-kill animal rescue right here in the Hudson, has teamed up with Wild Oak Barre & Yoga in Poughkeepsie for another puppy yoga event. According to the Facebook event, it will be a day of relaxing yoga with adorable AND adoptable pups.
The event costs $30 to attend. The majority of proceeds will be donated to CARE of Dutchess County Animal Rescue. Wild Oak Barre & Yoga is located on New Hackensack Road in Poughkeepsie. You can get more information about the event and tickets here.
There are other events going on in the month of March too with CARE of Dutchess County. There will be a stress relief day for students only at Mount Saint Mary College n March 23. CARE will also be at the Hudson Valley Tattoo Fest on March 29 a the Majed J. Nesheiwat (Mid-Hudson) Civic Center.
