The Hudson Valley's most recent lottery win happened at a location that hasn't had a lot of winners so it's nice to see that some of the other lottery retailers are providing winning tickets...LOL! No, it's not a million-dollar winner but a wins a win, right? According to the New York Lottery, a winning Powerball ticket in the October 30th drawing worth $50,000 was sold in Dutchess County. The third prize-winning ticket was sold at the Grocery Express (Foam & Wash Shell gas station) located at 1942 South Road in Poughkeepsie, NY.

The winning ticket matched four of the five numbers drawn, along with the Powerball. The winning numbers for Wednesday (10/30) were 13, 22, 29, 43, and 58, and the Powerball was 22. Powerball numbers are drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday and are drawn from a field of one to 69, while the red Powerball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.
