Popular Hudson Valley Wedding Venue Closing After 25 Years

One of the Hudson Valley's best wedding venues has announced it will be closing at the end of the year.

The Hudson Valley is known for many things but one thing I think could be the best is that we are surrounded by a bunch of amazing places for weddings! I would go as far as saying that if you ask any recently engaged New York couple where they would like to have their receptions I think many would pick one of the amazing venues we have listed below. Before you scroll down to sneak a peek at some of them let us share any important update on one of our favorites.

Orange County Wedding Venue Closing

Since they opened in 1999 one of Orange County's most popular wedding venues has announced that they will be closing at the end of 2024. FEAST at Round Hill owner Peter Kupersmith made the announcement on the venue's website saying,

"With a profound mix of bittersweetness, we have announced that 2024 will be F.E.A.S.T. at Round Hill’s last wedding year. We will close our business operations as of January 1, 2025."

Feast at Round Hill located at 110 Round Hill Rd, Washingtonville, NY has hosted over 3000 weddings since opening and is expecting to make its final year in business "the best, most extraordinary, and most joyful year of all" according to Kupersmith.

"Yes, the remarkable kitchen, office, and front of the house staff will remain the same. We are all on board for 2024. Yes, the gardens will be in full flower array as usual. Yes, the house and all its small touches and elegance will remain the same."

 

Future Plans at FEAST

As news of the closing began to spread many wondered what would happen to FEAST after they close. Kupersmith said, "F.E.A.S.T. as a business will NOT be sold; the property occupied by Round Hill will NOT be sold; it will just gracefully cease operations on January 1, 2025." Kupersimth also had a message for all of the couples that have already selected FEAST for the big day saying, "We promise you that we will continue to pour our hearts and souls into every wedding we host through the end of our run and that 2024 will be filled as usual with love, laughter and celebration."
