13 were charged in the Hudson Valley after police allegedly seized nearly 250 bags of heroin, cocaine and more.

Over the past several days, the Middletown Police Department conducted a multi-agency narcotics operation targeting street-level drug dealers and their suppliers within the City of Middletown.

The operation led to the arrest of 10 for charges related to the criminal sale and possession of cocaine, heroin, and marijuana, police say.

Three additional felony indictments were unsealed, bringing the total number of people charged in the operation to 13.

The remaining three targets of the indictment warrants are expected to be arrested within the coming days, according to the City of Middletown Police Department’s Narcotics Unit.

The operation resulted in the execution of multiple search warrants and utilized undercover operations and street-level surveillance, police say.

Police allegedly seized 244 bags of heroin, 117 grams of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana.

  • Jacqueline L. Margarum, 57, of Middletown
  • Josue A. Torres, 26, of Middletown
  •  Susan C. Green, 60, of Middletown
  •  Jasio Sierra, 29, of Middletown
  •  Rahmel W. Hilton, 38, of Middletown
  •  Felix V. Velez, 46, of Middletown
  •  Angel M. Valentin, 58, of Middletown
  • Brittaney J. Brush, 25, of Otisville
  • Robance D. Koen, 44, of the Town of Wallkill
  •  Derrick Green, 39, of Middletown

All 10 were remanded to Orange County Jail. Police didn't release the names of the three with indictment warrants.
