Jess and I are back from Nashville.

The Wolf Mahoney's Grand Ole Giveaway was a trip of a lifetime.

We had so much fun and believe or not leaned a little something as well. From the WSM studios to the Grand Ole Opry.

We got to experience the Ryman Auditorium tour and the Country Classic Show on Thursday. The mother church as the folks in country music call it was home to the Opry until the early 70's and once the Opry left, the Ryman went into dis pear and closed down. In the 90's the Ryman was reborn and renovated and I have to say all of the work that was done there actually makes it look like it did way back when.

Friday we were lucky enough to do our show from back stage at the Grand Ole Opry house which was a dream come true for me. To see all of our favorite stars line the hallways. Unbelievable pictures and some really cool exhibits that show some of the stage outfits worn by some legends. And WOW, you have to see the dressing rooms...

Friday night we were recognized by The Opry and brought out on stage. That is one of the more surreal moments for me EVER. We do have to thank April and Orpy Dan for really be so welcoming to a bunch of morons from New York. And to Eddie Stubbs from WSM for saying some very kinds words about us.

Saturday we got to take in the Country Music Hall of Fame. I loved the Eric Church exhibit but thought the coolest thing was the cars that they had in there. From Elvis Cadillac Limo to Jerry Reeds car, the famous Smokey and the Bandit 2 Trans AM. Some great exhibits recognizing all of the greats and Holy records everywhere.

All in all a very successful trip and we hope to be able to do it again next year, hopefully with YOU!!!

Here I am, thanks to Jess getting a full body search at the Nashville airport.
