Have you gotten that shot in the arm yet or are you waiting?

It seems like there's a narrative being pushed that everyone is excited about the COVID vaccine. There are millions of people who are calling upon everyone to get it. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but not everyone wants the vaccine and that means not everyone will get the vaccine.

Someone is telling us to get vaccinated everywhere we turn. Social media, television and even radio commercials are all spreading that message.

There's a huge push for anyone that's eligible to get vaccinated but the numbers show that not everyone is excited about it.

According to data from the Health Department shared in the New York Post, vaccination numbers have taken a huge dive over the past few weeks. The Post also shares that just over 130,000 people over the and during the last week of April. The Post also shares that's down over 60% since early April.

According to NY.gov, roughly 37% of people over 18 years old have completed their vaccination process.

Not only do the numbers show a lack of enthusiasm but some people have even taken to the Streets.

They were where Rte 9 and 9D intersect. That location is a common place for picketers in the Hudson Valley as it gets lots of eyes.
