New Restaurant Finally Opens in the Pine Bush, NY Area

Foodies are rejoicing as the highly anticipated opening of a new restaurant near Pine Bush, New York has finally happened.

If you live or spend any time in the Pine Bush area of Orange County, NY you might have heard the rumors that started late last year about a new restaurant that might be opening in nearby Cragsmoor, New York. It appears that the rumors are true because the highly anticipated opening has happened!

On the Rocks Opens

It took some time but the folks at On the Rocks in Cragsmoor have officially opened their doors for service at 3984 Route 52, Cragsmoor, NY, according to their Facebook page. The restaurant is technically in Ulster County according to their website but the address listed on their website says Pine Bush (Orange County)….LOL! Regardless of which county they are in, they are OPEN!!

Worth the Wait

Many in the Pine Bush, Cragsmoor area have been waiting a while to be able to try the amazing food and drinks at the area's newest restaurant and bar. After months of renovations including hauling in an older Artic Cat snowmobile (to add to the ambiance) and waiting to officially be granted a New York State Liquor license, On the Rocks officially held their soft openings earlier this week and are ready to serve everyone daily.

On the Rocks announced its opening on Facebook saying, "We are thrilled to announce that On The Rocks in Cragsmoor has officially opened and is ready to welcome you! " The restaurant will be open daily from 6 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Closed Tuesdays and Sundays, they are open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their post invited guests to stop in "for a cozy dine-in experience with one of our house-made sandwiches with bottomless fries or stop by for a quick bite on your way to work with a freshly brewed cup of coffee."

On the Rocks Menu

The options look amazing at On the Rocks! On the breakfast side, they'll offer all your favorites including pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy, breakfast burritos, and more. For lunch, they offer unique burger options including the Farmhouse and French Onion burgers. They'll also feature sandwiches like the Pork Schnitzel, the "Ridgerunner", Chicken & waffles, and much more. We did call On the Rocks to see if they could tell us more about their menu but haven't heard back yet.
