The winning ticket was sold at the Smokes 4 Less store located at 59 North Plank Rd in Newburgh, NY, matched five of the six numbers drawn in the Monday, September 22, 2025, drawing.

The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were 3, 5, 6, 10, 33, and the cash ball 3. The winner missed winning a $1,000 a day for life by one ball, but it's still worth the Cash 4 Life second-place prize of $1,000 a week for life.
