New Restaurant Opening Soon in Heart of New Paltz
A unique dining experience is coming soon to New Paltz, New York!
If you've ever spent any time in the Ulster County town/village of New Paltz you know that there are numerous options when it comes to eating out as Main Street is lined with food choices for every palate. Whatever you are craving the odds say you'll probably find a place in New Paltz to satisfy it!
One of the most popular bars/restaurants in Ulster County is McGillicuddy's, located at 84 Main St, New Paltz, NY. Known to the locals as "Cuddy's", a staple in New Paltz for many years that not only offers amazing food daily but is also one of the area's favorite places for a night out. The years of success at McGillicuddy's have led to the owners announcing they are ready to bring a unique and different dining experience to New Paltz.
Sideshow Kitchen & Bar in New Paltz, New York
The new restaurant will be located behind McGillicuddy's at 5 Plattekill Ave and once they open they will offer guests a unique casual space with exposed steel beams and floor-to-ceiling garage doors that open to a dog-friendly patio with plenty of seating and a fire pit according to a post of the McGillicuddy's Facebook page. Sideshow's menu will not only offer BBQ but will also feature a unique twist on carnival foods.
When Will Sideshow Open?
Owners Brian Keenan and Craig Gioia who've been doing business all across the Hudson Valley for 30+ years (Darby O'Gills, Novella's, Mad Hatter) are hoping to have Sideshow open before the end of the summer of 2024 and when they officially open they will offer lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late night fun for all to enjoy.
