My Pick of the Week is Old Dominion Break Up With Him

My pick for this week is "Break Up With Him" by Old Dominion. I am in love with this song and I don't know why. It could be the great harmonies or maybe the sway beat that keeps you sing along. Most likely it is the obvious, that we can all relate to the lyrics. "Just break up with him" haven't we all been there with the new Mister Wonderful urging us along? It has been a long time but I can remember a few times in my ancient history that this song rang true.

Break Up With Him sits just outside the Mediabase Top 30 this week at 31. Hopefully it will keep climbing with only 9 weeks on the chart I expect it to be around for a while longer. Hopefully it will put Old Dominion on the map. They released their debut self titled CD in the fall of 2014.  Matthew, Trevor, Whit Geoff and Brad make up the five piece band. You can get to know them and their music this year as they play a few of the dates on Kenny Chesney's Big Revival Tour including the show in August at MetLife Stadium.
