East Fishkill Announces Food Truck Line Up for 2025

Back in February 2025, as we were gearing up for spring, The Town of East Fishkill gave us something to look forward to.

Food trucks would be returning, 2760 Route 52 in East Fishkill. For the last few years, the line up of food trucks visiting the area increased and foodies showed up in droves for a taste of their favorites.

We learned that Empanada Mama, Cousins Maine Lobster, Hudson's Popovers, Wingin' It, Mandees Kitchen and The Cluck Truck would be making stops throughout the warmer months at the Route 52 food truck stop.

9 More Food Trucks Added to East Fishkill Food Truck Roster

The Town of East Fishkill shared earlier this week that they would be adding 9 more food trucks and options. Many of these trucks will be found at the Route 52 location.

At the flyer explains all trucks have approved permits to work throughout the Town of East Fishkill.

All Skew'd Up - Saturday's 10am - 2pm @ 2760 Route 52
Cartwright Creamery

Twisted Sister
Frozen Fun Ice Cream
Italian Ice/Coffee Trailer
East Fishkill Farmers Market - Saturday's 10am - 2pm @ 2760 Route 52
