Can you help police locate a missing woman who was last seen in the Town of Poughkeepsie, New York?

The Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department is asking for the community's help after issuing a missing persons alert Monday, hoping to locate a missing person who was last seen on Sunday in a small neighborhood in the Town of Poughkeepsie, New York.

Missing Person in Poughkeepsie, NY

According to police, Sarah Paradie-Williams was last seen Sunday at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the area of Camelot Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Police didn't provide any other information, a description, or what Sarah was last seen wearing, but did share a picture of Sarah (above) on their Facebook page and are hoping that someone might have information as to her whereabouts. If you have any information, police are asking that you contact them at 845-485-3666.

UPDATE: Sarah has been located and is in good health. We would like to thank the public and our neighboring agencies who assisted with this investigation.

Soon after alerting the community, witnesses reported seeing police cars, officers, and K9 units searching an area off of Sheafe Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Witnesses stated that numerous officers were searching around a building at 657 Sheafe Rd, Poughkeepsie, the former home of Diamond Gymnastics.

Another witness reported seeing police searching near a house and a nearby shed on Camelot Road near Bridgewater Way.

Missing: Sarah Paradie-Williams

Thousands of concerned citizens shared the police department's Facebook post Monday, with many leaving heartfelt messages. One comment stated that Sarah might have been employed at the nearby Hobby Lobby located in The Shoppes at South Hills off of Route 9 in Poughkeepsie.
