Missing New York National Guard Sergeant’s Car Found in Poughkeepsie

New York Army National Guard sergeant Nicolas Faust who has been missing since March 23rd was last seen in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Last week we told you about 43-year-old missing New York Army National Guard sergeant Nicolas Faust who according to reports was last heard from at around 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 23rd. Faust is described by the family as a white male, 43 years old, with brown hair and brown eyes. He's about 5'8" and weighs about 165 pounds.

Last Seen in Dutchess County, New York

When Faust was reported missing family members said that he worked as a CNA in Peekskill, Westchester County, New York, and reportedly lived in his car, a silver 2017 Nissan Rogue. Faust's sister told us that the Nissan's front bumper is cracked and has duct tape on it.

The New York State Police quickly started investigating his disappearance and according to News 12, they located his car in the City of Poughkeepsie on Easter Sunday. The 2017 Nissan Rogue was found parked outside of a house on Mill Street. Relatives told News 12 that Faust was last seen at a party at that location on Saturday night March 23rd and that all of his belongings were found inside the car.

Missing Man Seen on Surveillance Video in Poughkeepsie

Family members also said that Faust was seen on surveillance video walking down the block after the party and are hoping that anyone who might have some information as to his whereabouts will come forward. Police say that Faust was last seen wearing scrubs or cargo-type pants and is an identical twin who is missing half of his pinky and part of the ring finger on his right hand.
