Miranda gets into “Something Bad” with Carrie Underwood

It's no secret, I love a good girl-power anthem. Kelly Clarkson is my favorite singer, that should speak volumes. But in country music no one really delivers that girl-power-anthem quite like Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood. When I heard they would be teaming up for Miranda's new album Platinum , coming out June 3rd, I couldn't be more excited.

Then I heard the title of the song. Somethin' Bad.

I'm a huge fan of both artists, but their more feisty songs are the ones I love the most. They're always a good time and they're always a good karaoke choice. If the title of the song is any indication, then I think I might have a new go to at karaoke.

Miranda explained the song has an Aerosmith feel and when talking to People Magazine said, "I hope she'll come to the dark side and we can explode something on video! I want the 'Before He Cheats' Carrie!"

I haven't been this excited for an album to drop in a while! June 3rd can't come soon enough. Keep an ear out, hopefully we'll be playing this one on The Wolf soon!
