Keith Urban at Bethel Woods
What an amazing show! I'll be the first to tell you, I'm not a crazy big Keith Urban fan. But last night changed my mind about him 100%. I was so impressed with him and his band, they genuinely looked like they were having a great time. Every song had a minute or two guitar solo by Keith and you got to experience what an amazing musician he is.
Incredible.
At most of the shows I've been to the artist kind of just comes out and does his or her thing, maybe talks to the crowd here or there but nothing really original. Keith was bringing girls on the stage, going out onto the lawn (which is crazy enough to being with, imagine playing and singing from there?!) and signing a guitar then giving it out to a girl in the crowd. One of the coolest things I've seen done up at Bethel. I can't forget to mention when he brought out Sarah from Middletown! She won a contest and got to sing 'We Were Us' up on stage. Sarah killed it by the way, she was great!
All in all, it was a great show, lots of fun. Brett Eldredge and Jerrod Neimann were fantastic and got the crowd really going. Also, me and Brett are now best friends, because he Tweeted me before the show.
If you have any pictures from the show, I'm sure they're much better than mine, share them here!
