The New York Lottery has announced the winners of its Million Dollar Raffle, with winning tickets worth over $1 million sold at stores in Ulster and Dutchess County, NY.

Earlier this year, the New York Lottery announced that it was offering players the chance to win millions of dollars in the "Million Dollar Raffle" drawing, which was part of the Erie Canal’s Bicentennial Celebration.

Million Dollar Raffle Winners in New York

The million-dollar raffle drawing, which took place on October 26th, 2025, produced 5,505 winning tickets across New York State, with prizes ranging from $200 to $1 million.

According to the New York Lottery, the drawing resulted in 15 $1 million first prize winners, 15 $100,000 second prize winners, 15 $25,000 third prize winners, and 5,460 $200 fourth prize winners.

Million Dollar Raffle Drawing in New York

In August, the New York lottery began selling a limited number of raffle tickets at retailers across the state, offering millions of dollars in prizes. To play, players purchased a numbered $20 raffle ticket, which was selected by using a countdown system.

The first ticket sold was labeled as number 2 million, and the last ticket sold was labeled as number 1,208,648. The winning tickets were then selected from between 1,208,648 and 2 million according to WTEN.

Lottery Tickets Worth $100k Sold in the Hudson Valley, NY

Two of the fifteen second-prize tickets, worth $100,000 each, were sold at stores in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. A winning ticket worth $100k was sold at the Tops Markets at 6734 Route 9 in Rhinebeck, NY, and the other was sold at Quick Chek at 3048 Route 9W South in Saugerties, NY.

A third $100k winner was sold in Saratoga County, NY, at the Stewart’s Shops at 214 Guideboard Road in Waterford, NY. Players interested in checking their tickets can do so online here.
