A man was arrested by police after they say he pushed down a woman and caused a disturbance in front of small children who were watching the pigs.

The Ulster County Fair is supposed to be fun for the entire family, but police say one man ruined the day for some fairgoers. The Ulster County Sheriff's Office reports that David Quaglietta, a 21-year-old from Walkill, was arrested on the second day of the fair after they say he became belligerent and shouted obscenities in front of kids.

Authorities were called to the pig exhibit at the fair at around 10:30pm on Wednesday for a man who was allegedly acting in a disorderly way. Police found Quaglietta, who they say was cursing in front of children and being belligerent

Quaglietta fled from police and, in the process, pushed a woman who was attending the fair. The female fair patron was shoved to the ground before police finally apprehended the man. Quaglietta was arrested and charged by police for resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.  He was also charged with three counts of disorderly conduct and harassment in the 2nd degree.
