Make Wine To Dine For This Weekend

There is so much going on in the Hudson Valley this time of year and this weekend is no different.

How about taking a go at making your own wine?  I'm not talking about putting a bunch of grapes in a bucket and stomping on them, I'm talking about using a press and actual wine tools to make your very own wine.

A new career?  A new hobby?  Perhaps.

This Sunday, September 29th starting at noon, The Highland Men & Women of Italy will be hosting a WINE to DINE for event in Highland, NY.

You will not only make the wine but you will be involved in the whole process from selecting your grapes to pressing to of course sampling and enjoying your very own wine.

This is the fist of many series of Wine making events and the cost will vary depending on the amount of wine you choose.

I had Italian wine that a friend of my wife's family made and if it's anything like that, I'll be at your house everyday!
