Listen to Luke Bryan and Karen Fairchild’s New Duet

This Sunday, November 22nd marks the 43rd Annual American Music Awards. This year the awards are hosted by Jennifer Lopez and you can catch it on ABC channel 7 at 8PM. Now, you may be wondering why we would pay any mind to J.Lo and the AMA's, well there are a few big country categories and a huge duet that's in the works.

Let's talk about the nominees first. Luke Bryan has cracked a popular catagory as he is up for Artist of The Year against acts such as Taylor Swift, One Direction and Maroon 5.  Sam Hunt, Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line are all up for Favorite Country Album. Representing for the Country ladies and Favorite Female Artist are Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini and Carrie Underwood. For the guys and Favorite Male Country artists Sam, Jason and Luke are all nominated a second time.

So there are some big country names being recognized, but what I think fans should really be excited about is Luke Bryan's performance. He wont be performing Strip it Down or Drink a Beer, but he'll be performing a duet with Little Big Towns own...Karen Fairchild. The song is called " Home Alone Tonight"  off of Luke's Kill The Lights album.
